Our commitment

MIKO CARS CO wants everyone to be able to shop for a vehicle on this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we are working toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means, among other things: text that meets contrast requirements, every control reachable and operable by keyboard, meaningful alternative text on vehicle photographs, form fields with real labels, and a page structure that reads correctly in a screen reader.

This is ongoing work rather than a finished state. Parts of this site include content and tools provided by others — vehicle history reports, financing applications, mapping and payment estimators — and we do not control their accessibility. Where a third-party tool creates a barrier, we will help you get the same information or complete the same task another way.

Formal complaints

If our response does not resolve the issue, contact us at miko@mikocars.com and ask that your concern be escalated. We will acknowledge it and tell you what we intend to do.
