These terms govern your use of https://www.mikocars.com, operated by MIKO CARS CO (“MIKO CARS CO”). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Vehicle listings, pricing and availability

We work to keep inventory, pricing, mileage, equipment and photographs accurate, but errors happen and vehicles sell quickly. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. All vehicles are subject to prior sale and to verification in person. Advertised prices exclude tax, title, licence, registration and any dealer documentary fee unless the listing says otherwise, and do not include optional products you may choose to add.

Payment estimates and financing figures shown on this site are illustrations only. They are not an offer of credit, an approval, or a quote. Actual terms depend on a lender's decision and your credit.

Text message program

MIKO CARS CO operates a customer-care and sales text messaging program. If you provide your mobile number and consent, you may receive messages about a vehicle or service you asked about, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on a request you started.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, financing, or service.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile number you give us, and you must be 18 or older.

How we handle the information you give us for this program is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or extract its contents by automated means without our permission.

Third-party content and links

This site includes content and tools provided by others — vehicle history reports, financing applications, mapping, and payment estimators. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and images on this site are owned by MIKO CARS CO or used with permission, except for manufacturer marks, which belong to their owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the site itself, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any warranty that comes with a vehicle you purchase, or any right you have under Texas or federal law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
