We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, mobile number, and any details you include when you ask about a vehicle, request financing, schedule service, or trade in a vehicle. If you apply for financing we collect the information that application requires.

We also collect limited technical information automatically as you browse: pages viewed, the vehicles you look at, your approximate location from your IP address, and similar analytics data.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, show you vehicles and offers that match what you asked about, process a purchase, service or financing request, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve this website.

Text messages (SMS/MMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we and our messaging provider may text you about the vehicle or service you asked about, appointment reminders, and updates on a request you started. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, financing, or service.

How we share information — and what we never share

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf — our website host, our customer-relationship and messaging platform, financing partners you asked us to contact, and vehicle history providers — only so they can perform that work for us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
